Styled for the lens and the walkthrough.

Real estate staging is not interior design at half the effort — it's a different discipline. We design for the photographer's frame, the buyer's three-second scroll, and the walkthrough's emotional arc. We also design for agents: homes that show well on a Tuesday at 11 a.m. and a Saturday at 2 p.m.

Our engagements range from full furnished staging of vacant homes to light styling of occupied listings — with sellers living in place and the furniture they already own, edited and supplemented.

What the engagement includes

Pre-market walkthrough and scope, inventory and rental curation, hanging and accessory layer, color and touch-up recommendations, photography-day styling, and a take-down plan for post-close.

Who we work with

Listing agents, relocation firms, developers with spec homes, and sellers directly. We coordinate around inspection, photography, and open-house timing so the home hits the market at peak.
