Styled for the lens and the walkthrough.
Real estate staging is not interior design at half the effort. It is a different discipline. We design for the photographer's frame, the buyer's three-second scroll, and the walkthrough's emotional arc. We also design for agents, with homes that show well on a Tuesday at 11 a.m. and a Saturday at 2 p.m.
Our engagements range from full furnished staging of vacant homes to light styling of occupied listings. In those homes the sellers live in place while we edit and supplement the furniture they already own.
What the engagement includes
Pre-market walkthrough and scope, inventory and rental curation, hanging and accessory layer, color and touch-up recommendations, photography-day styling, and a take-down plan for post-close.
Who we work with
Listing agents, relocation firms, developers with spec homes, and sellers directly. We coordinate around inspection, photography, and open-house timing so the home hits the market at peak.
