The Living Room.
The living room is the room the house is remembered by. We design it for conversation first, television second, and photography third — composed so every guest finds a seat and every host finds the pour.
Design a RoomThe Room
A room for conversation.
The living room is a conversation-piece floor plan. Seating arranged so eyes can meet across a coffee table. A fireplace anchored as a focal point — even in Arizona, that fireplace does more work than most. Drinks within arm's reach of every seat.
Where the family room is forgiving, the living room is edited. Fewer but better objects on the coffee table. A signature light. A signature rug. A consistent textile story in three or four notes.
What we do here
Conversation-driven furniture plan, sofa and lounge chair specification, coffee and side-table program, rug selection at the right scale, drapery and window treatments, lighting layers, and the art and object layer that makes the room feel edited.
